Rancho Cucamonga Home Prices from The Zillow Buzz
Home Value Trends in Rancho Cucamonga According to Zillow’s latest Home Value Report, home values in Rancho Cucamonga decreased 25.1% in the first quarter of 2008, compared to the first quarter of 2007. Nationally, single-family home values decreased 7.5% while condo values declined 9.0% during this same period.

Fresh and Easy should have been a slam-dunk for the Thomas Winery center
The Ranch Cucamonga planning department has chocked long enough on the term “Specialty” store. Fresh and Easy was required to appeal to the city council, a denial by the planning commission for a new location in the Thomas Winery center.
